Tajiro Fulfillment Policy

Tajiro provides a platform for building online stores with digital AI toolkits. This policy explains how we deliver our services and toolkits and how payments are processed. It summarises the delivery terms in the Tajiro Terms of Service. If this policy and the Terms of Service differ, the Terms of Service apply.

1. Payment processing and security

All payments made to Tajiro are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Your payment information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Stripe’s security standards.

2. Digital delivery

Tajiro offers only digital products and services. There is no physical shipping.

2.1 Tajiro PRO subscription and your Store

After you sign up:

• you receive an email confirming your subscription, the length of your free trial, how often you will be charged and how to cancel;
• your Store is built immediately after we receive your onboarding answers, and we email you your Store access details as soon as it is ready;
• the email with your access details states the exact date of your first charge;
• you can book your onboarding session with a Growth Manager.

Your Store comes with 100 toolkits from the Catalog, a free domain, a branded email address and hosting.

2.2 Toolkits bought by End-customers

• Toolkits are delivered immediately after successful payment.
• You receive an order confirmation email with a link to access your toolkit.
• Single-form toolkits generate your result within about a minute after you submit your answers. Your result is identified as AI-generated and can be downloaded again for 30 days.
• If you bought from a Store that uses its own payment system, the toolkit is delivered after the Store owner submits your order to us.

2.3 Paid Services and Dashboard services

Paid Services are provided in your Dashboard or delivered by our team, as described at the time of purchase and in Annex B of the Terms of Service. Delivery is complete once access is provided or the service is delivered. Delivery times are estimates and start once you have given us the information we need.

2.4 Established Stores, Premium Stores and the Store Reactivation Program

• Access details for Established Stores and Premium Stores are usually provided within 1–3 business days after payment.
• A store bought through the Store Reactivation Program is usually transferred to your account within 3–5 business days after full payment.

3. Order status and delivery problems

• Check the status of your subscription, orders and Paid Services at any time in your Dashboard.
• If you have not received a confirmation email, your access details or a toolkit, first check your spam folder.
• If it is still missing, contact support@tajiro.com with your name, the email address you used and your order number. Please do this within 14 days of your purchase, so that we can fix the problem, deliver again or refund you (Cancellation & Refund Policy, Section 5).

4. Currency and pricing

Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your country of residence, with VAT included where it applies. All fees are shown as separate line items before you pay. Fees charged by Tajiro are platform service fees, as described in Section 11 of the Terms of Service. We do not add payment card surcharges.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, for example because of insufficient funds or an expired card, we will notify you by email. The subscription or service is not provided until payment is completed. If a renewal payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your Store may be deleted, and we will send you at least one reminder before deletion (Terms of Service, Section 8.4).

6. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Tajiro Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary:

• Tajiro PRO subscription: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your most recent payment.
• Services performed by our team: refundable only before work starts.
• Dashboard services: full refund within 7 days of purchase; 8 to 30 days – refund less 30%.
• Toolkits bought by End-customers: final once you have started using them; if a toolkit is not delivered or does not work as described, we will fix it, deliver it again or refund you.
• Ads Credits and Order Processing Credits: not refundable if unused, except where we stop offering the service.

7. Where we deliver

Tajiro PRO subscriptions are available to residents of the countries listed at Pricing. Toolkits can be bought by End-customers in any country where we accept orders. We cannot deliver to persons located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions (Terms of Service, Section 25).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is to your disadvantage, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Changes do not apply to purchases made before they take effect.
