Fees and charges

Subscription pricing
Tajiro PRO is billed at the rate of the plan you choose, in your local currency, with VAT included where it applies. Billing starts when your 14-day free trial ends and renews automatically each month, or each year on annual plans, until you cancel. We email you a reminder 7 days before your trial ends.
Order Service Fee
10–18% of the Catalog Retail Price for each order you confirm. The rate is shown before you confirm the order. For Promoted Orders, a CPA Service Fee at the same rate applies instead, together with a CPA Fee per toolkit, also shown before you confirm.
Confirmation fees
An additional fee based on how you confirm orders, on the Catalog Retail Price: one at a time 0%; several at once 7%; automatically 15%.
Late confirmation
If you do not confirm an order within 7 days, we may confirm it using your Available Commission. The fees for that order are then the Order Service Fee (10–18%), the automatic confirmation fee (15%) and a late confirmation fee (9%) of the Catalog Retail Price, plus the Commission Use Fee (9%) on the Commission applied.
Promotion Service (Ads) Fee
28% of the Ads Credits applied to promotion each day, charged in addition to that amount.
Commission Use Fee
9% of any Commission used to pay for Tajiro services, subscriptions or products. It does not apply to redemptions.
Commission redemption

Minimum redemption: AED 370 to a UAE bank account, or AED 1,100 to a bank account in another GCC country.

Fees:

  • bank transfer within the UAE – 5% (min. AED 37);
  • bank transfer to another GCC country – 7% (min. AED 110);
  • express transfer within the UAE – 14% (min. AED 110);
  • express transfer to another GCC country – 14% (min. AED 185);
  • redemption towards Ads Credits – 5%;
  • redemption towards Order Processing Credits – 28%.
Identity verification fee
AED 16.50 per identity verification attempt, charged to your card and non-refundable, whatever the outcome – unless the attempt fails for technical reasons on our side or our verification provider’s side.
Standard platform fees
Where no other fee is specified for a Paid Service, a Processing Fee of 9% and a Service Fee of 19% of the purchase amount apply. They are shown as separate line items before you pay.
No card surcharges
Our fees are platform service fees. We do not add surcharges for paying by card, and our fees are the same whatever payment method you use.
Taxes (VAT)
Prices include VAT where it applies in your country of residence. Where VAT applies, it is shown on your invoice in your local currency.

All applicable fees are shown as separate line items before payment is submitted. Product cost charges do not apply – Tajiro products are digital, with no sourcing, shipping, or fulfillment. This page is a summary for convenience only; the complete and binding terms are set out in the Tajiro Terms of Service. In the event of any discrepancy, the Terms of Service prevail.

What is Tajiro?
Tajiro is an ecommerce platform that gives you a ready-made online store, a loaded product catalog, and the tools to start selling online. It is built so you can launch quickly and run your business without technical setup.
How much does Tajiro cost?
Tajiro offers three plans, priced in your local currency with VAT included. You can try Tajiro free for 14 days. After your trial, the plan you chose is charged automatically each month until you cancel.
What is the difference between the plans?
All three plans include the same turnkey store and platform features. They differ by catalog size and storage: Basic allows up to 5,000 products with 4 GB, Advanced up to 10,000 with 10 GB, and Ultimate up to 20,000 with 50 GB. Advanced and Ultimate become available after three consecutive months.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade in your Tajiro account under the Plans tab, or by contacting support. Advanced and Ultimate become available after at least three consecutive months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account under My Account, then Plans. After you cancel, you receive a confirmation email. Your free turnkey store is canceled together with your subscription.
Do I need a licence?
No licence is needed to start. When you sell through Tajiro, you are a partner – payments run through our system. A licence is only required if you later want to withdraw earnings directly to your own payment account.
Why do you need my card details?
When your free trial ends, your subscription is charged to your card automatically. You pay nothing when your store is created, but we need a valid card on file for the future subscription fee. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
Do I get free hosting?
Yes. Hosting is included on every plan and stays active as long as your Tajiro subscription is active.
Are there additional fees?
Your subscription covers the plan itself. Certain optional services carry separate fees, always shown as clear line items before you pay. See Fees and charges above and the Terms of Service for details.
